To compliment the recent work on the Employer Portal stability, we’ve now fixed an intermittent error which was occurring with the extend button.

The extend button pops up as a warning that you’ll be logged out soon unless you take action. Clicking extend would usually reset the clock and allow another 20 minutes of inactivity. However for some users, clicking extend was resulting in the session ending rather than keep them logged in. We’re pleased to say this has now been fixed.
