End of Year Certificate (EOYC)

The End of Year Certificate (EOYC), which is completed on an annual basis by all employers and auditors/reporting accountants, is used to check that contributions submitted match the contributions that are due.

Every employer without exception is required to submit an unaudited EOYC (if not already audited) by the due date of 31 May 2016. Employers who submit an unaudited EOYC must then submit an audited one by 30 September 2016 (for all non LA establishments) and by 30 November 2016 (for all LAs)

EOYC templates are now available to download from our website. It’s been revised to take account of the change in the Employer Contribution Rate at 1 September 2015, by having two breakdown tables at the foot of the form.
