We’ve updated some forms on the website and changed one form to be an online form only. There’s an updated flexibilities revoke form that members need to complete in order to end their election early.  We’ve also updated the Scottish Superannuation Form for members who want to transfer-in their pension to our Scheme on a Comparable UK Service basis.

Finally we’ve update the Barred List Application form, which you need to complete to allow you to check whether a teacher is barred from teaching so they can commence work pending the issue of their enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
