Employer Portal Inbox – please check

Can we remind all employers to check their ‘Task Manager’ in the Employer Portal to ensure that there are no outstanding forms for you to complete.

We’ve seen an increase in complaints in August from members querying progress on re-employment and retirement forms. Where there is outstanding sections of forms required to be completed by employers are returned to us, members are required to contact you up in order to get processes moving. 

Delays in returning forms to us can lead to a delay in a member’s pension being paid, or it being suspended. In the circumstance of re-employment, delayed forms can lead to an overpayment to the member.
