We’ve had a few issues with MATs completing TR forms.  When providing the Establishment Number in the appropriate field, the MAT number is being included as opposed to the individual school number.

The file isn’t rejected and doesn’t come out in error, it sits in the Employer Portal unprocessed and you as the employer are unaware of this. The members’ records are therefore not updated.

The correct procedure is to put the individual school number against each member’s record and then upload the file through the MAT data centre number (i.e. 751/1234).
