MDC users – Issue regarding periods of service on member forms

For those of you who are using Monthly Data Collection, we would like to highlight an issue we’ve identified when periods of service are being completed on member forms.
Can we ask that when you’re completing a form on behalf of a member (e.g. retirement or repayment forms) the period of service needs to be shown on a month by month basis?  
If this is shown as a block period then it causes errors when the MDC monthly data is sent to us.
