We’ve updated the TR28 form which will go live on the website on 15th December.

There have been two improvements to the validation on the form which means

1) For Date of Birth you can no longer input a date of birth of 16 years and under

2) It ensures that the LA No and Establishment number are now 3 and 4 digits respectively

Please ensure that you only use version 3.1 after this date.
