End of Year Certificate (EOYC) online form & update

We’ve successfully implemented a new online EOYC for you to complete as opposed to the original hard copies. This will be available via the Employer Portal and on our website in April 2017.

We’ve also been looking into ways in which your EOYC submission can be received via the Employer Portal directly through the upload facility. Instructions on how to do this will be issued to you in due course, along with details on how to complete the EOYC.

Information in relation to the changes we’ve made will also be available to access on our website throughout April 2017. In order for all the information to be issued to the correct EOYC contact at your establishment, can we please ask that you complete the Contact and Declaration Form via Employer Portal by 31 March 2017.

Audited End of Year Certificate FY 2015-16 - Queries

Our Audit team are still busy processing your queried EOYCs in relation to 2015/2016. Some of you may have received correspondence and/or reminders in relation to these queries, which have arisen when processing.

If you’ve recently sent us your response in the form of a revised correct submission, please bear with us as we’re continuously working through your responses and if further action is required we’ll confirm this to you in writing.

End of Year Certificate FY 2015-16 – Outstanding

We conducted a further review of non-compliance establishments throughout February 2017 and those with audited returns outstanding were reported to the Pensions Regulator accordingly. These establishments have been notified in writing of this and we hope that any issues are resolved soon.

For those establishments with audited returns still outstanding you must provide this to us or contact our Audit team as you’re in breach of your regulatory administration requirement to the Scheme and this could result in de-acceptance from the Scheme, Regulator notices and/or penalties.
