Annual Service Return

Those employers who aren’t using Monthly Data Collection (MDC) have now been notified that the Annual Return is available to download from the Employer Portal.

HM Revenue & Customs require all employers to provide data to pension scheme administrators by the deadline date of 6 July each year. All employees employed in a role that’s pensionable in the Teachers’ Pension Scheme within your authority/establishment must be included on the Annual Return, regardless of whether they work full-time, part-time or have opted-out of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.
