Throughout April and May we’ve delivered a campaign to all active and deferred members to remind them that their Benefit Statement is available online.

So far we’ve had over 215,000 online views of the statements and no doubt this will continue as more employees become aware that their Statement is only available via My Pension Online (MPO).

We’ve seen an increase in the number of registrations to MPO this month as a result of our campaign targeting those who had not previously registered, with over 2,000 signing up to date. It would be helpful if you can advise employees about Benefit Statements being available online and to encourage them to register for MPO if they haven’t already done so.
