We are receiving a few issues regarding completion of the Certificate of Re-employment.

If you’ve provided incorrect salary details on a Certificate of Re-employment form, which has resulted in an overpayment, you should not amend the service through the Employer Portal. An amended Certificate of Re-employment is required.

If you are now providing service information via Monthly Data Collection, whilst you are not now required to complete a Certification or Re-employment, you must complete any outstanding certificates. If these are not completed and returned it can lead to the suspension of pensions. You should also continue to complete the certificates when requested to do so by us.
