The cause was power outage that damaged hardware in our data centre. Our IT colleagues are working hard to identify the exact circumstances of the problems.

We made all efforts to ensure that you were made aware of the issues through our stakeholders (Employer Groups, Unions, Department for Education) as well as through our Social Media channels as unfortunately we were unable to put any messaging on our website.
