Enhanced Enrolment Template

The enrolment template has been updated to allow for retrospective enrolment for employees in your employment as far back as 1 October 2012. 

This can be used if you’ve deducted contributions but the member’s service is not recorded as pensionable.  This may be because the member’s record has not been updated with a previous enrolment or opt in.

User instructions are attached to the enrolment template and pop-up boxes will provide prompts relating to this enhancement.  A pop-up box will ask for confirmation that contributions have been deducted before allowing you to continue with retrospective enrolment.

An enrolment or opt in prior to 1 October 2012 will still require submission of an election to join the Scheme (opt in form) and proof that contributions have been deducted.
