Missing service queries from members

If you’ve joined mid financial year, you’ll need to advise us of any periods of service not covered via MDC.

You can complete this backdating process in one of two ways, by providing either:

  1. A backdated MDC file; or
  2. By completing the ASR template available from the template section of the Employer Portal for the missing period. Please note we will not be able to provide a SCHEDPRINT formfor this gap.

As members can now view their Benefit Statement online at any time, we advise that you inform them of any potential gaps that will appear on their record until your ASR or backdated MDC files are completed.
