New employers to Teachers’ Pensions

It’s important that we’re aware of new employers to the Scheme as quickly as possible.

We need to be able to:-

  • Ensure we have the correct contact details for the individual (s) who will be administering the Scheme
  • Make sure the new employer has access to the Employer Portal to start providing service and contributions submissions for members
  • Understand whether they’re an individual employer or are part of a Multi Academy Trust (MAT)
  • Identify if they’re using an external Payroll Provider

If a third party is acting on your behalf please complete the Delegation form and return it to EPRegistrations@teacherspensions.co.uk (This link opens in a new window) and we’ll arrange access for them. If you’re a MAT who has a new academy working with you then please advise us of this working arrangement.
