Changing Payroll Providers

If you use a payroll provider to act on your behalf, it’s important that you notify us should you decide to change providers.

You’ll need to complete a delegation form and return it to us at epregistrations@teacherspensions.co.uk (This link opens in a new window) so that we can set your new provider up with access to your establishment(s) on the Employer Portal. We also require information about your previous provider so that we can remove their access to your establishment(s).

We’ve recently had problems where we’ve not been informed of the switch and the old provider has rejected online application forms directed to them as they’re no longer responsible for members employed at the particular establishment. This has resulted in delays in processing applications and distress for the members concerned.
