We’re constantly working to improve the website and Employer Portal functionality, and make updates on an almost weekly basis. This naturally results in a little downtime as we update the site. We do try to minimise the impact by conducting work between 5am and 7am, but the checks we make once we’ve updated functionality can extend to 8am on rare occasions.

The regular updating of the site with new developments allows us to steadily improve functionality and stability.  We’ll generally advise you when we’re planning the downtime by putting a news story on the website.
