Starters & leavers process now live

The new starters and leavers process was introduced in September, with members starting to receive bespoke information regarding their circumstances directly from us. We’re able to contact all members where they have an MPO account, or if we hold an email address for them. Unfortunately if we don’t have either, then it will still be your responsibility to provide this advice to your employees.

The My Pension Online Report informs you of which members have an account and if we have an email address. Therefore we’d encourage you to check this on a monthly basis via the Employer Portal.
