Annual Service Return – outstanding submissions

Despite the deadline for the Annual Service Return now being passed by over 3 months, we still have outstanding submissions.  290 of 8,762  employers have not provided a return, which means we don’t have up to date service history for nearly 92,646 employees. It’s extremely important that this is returned to us as soon as possible.

We’d like to remind you that if you’ve not completed your service submission or contacted us regarding your delay the following actions will be taken by us:-

  • All affected members will be informed that their data has not been submitted by their employer, including an explanation of the consequences of this data not being provided.
  • We’ll commence engagement with employee representative groups (unions) to escalate the issue on behalf of their members.
  • We’ll commence the process to report non-compliant employers to The Pensions Regulator.
