As we’re getting close to the December deadline, it’s important that those employers who have committed to an on-boarding date between October and December meet the submission deadlines.

For anyone who has not yet provided an on-boarding date, you must contact us (This link opens in a new window) immediately.

If neither you nor your payroll provider have a solution in place to submit MDC data, we’ve a template (XLS, 431 KB) (This link opens in a new window) available that’ll allow you to send your monthly data to us. This template can be downloaded from the Employer Portal. We just need an activation form (XLS, 35 KB) (This link opens in a new window) from you, confirming the date you’re starting to on-board, before you send it.

Please remember to complete the delegation form (This link opens in a new window) if you need to provide access to the Employer Portal to allow a Payroll Provider or additional staff to complete MDC submissions.
