The new starters and leavers process went live in September, with over 25,000 members having already received Scheme information tailored to their circumstances directly from us.

We’d like this figure to increase, but we’re only able to contact members if they’ve an MPO account or if we hold an email address for them.  If we don’t have either it will still be your regulatory responsibility to provide Scheme information to your employees.

Therefore we’d encourage you to check your My Pension Online Report  on a monthly basis to see who does not have an account and to encourage them to register.
