ASR (Annual Service Return) outstanding submissions

There are still 140 establishments who have not yet provided us with their ASR. This is over six months overdue and means 76,000 members won’t have up to date service history.

It’s extremely important that this is returned to us as soon as possible. If you have any issues regarding your submission please contact our Employer Support Team on 0345 300 3756 (8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday).

We’d like to remind you that if you’ve not completed your service submission, or contacted us regarding your delay, the following actions will be taken by us:-

  • All affected members will be informed that their data has not been submitted by their payroll provider, including an explanation of the consequences of this data not being provided.
  • We’ll commence engagement with employee representative groups (unions) to escalate the issue on behalf of their members.
  • We’ll commence the process to report non-compliant payroll providers to The Pensions Regulator.
