Improvements to our member helpline

Over the last few months we’ve increased the size of our Contact Centre Team and made improvements to the member helpline. We’ve started to see the benefits of this with a reduction in call queues and an increase in the volume in calls answered compared to January 2017 (32% more answered in January 2018)

Mondays and Fridays are still our busiest days by a significant margin, so if you’re encouraging a member to call us, please advise them it may be better to try Tuesday - Thursday.
