Academies should be aware that if they’re late in paying contributions by over 90 days they’ll be included in our monthly reporting to the Pensions Regulator. This covers payments made more than 90 days after the due date as well as those still outstanding after 90 days.

If you’re an Academy or a MAT, details will also be passed to the ESFA, who may also contact you in addition to any actions taken by Teachers’ Pensions.
