EOYC - It has been noted that when we flag an issue with an EOYC submission, an email from us would indicate that the EOYC form would have to be re-audited and then submitted. This is not the case, and instead of requesting and submitting a re-audited form, we would ask establishments to return an amended EOYC with the copy of the email from us. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. For those of you who’ve yet to submit a return for 2016/2017, this should be done immediately as they’re now over three months late.

Contribution Slips & Payment Date – Regardless of your establishment’s current status with MDC, you must continue to submit your monthly contribution slips. At this stage the MDC submission is not a replacement of the submission of contributions slip but must be provided in tandem.

This needs to be with us each month, either in advance or with the payment of contributions and not after the payment is made.

Monthly contributions are due to us on or prior to the 7th of each month or if the 7th falls on a weekend, it will be due the working day prior. Payments must reach us on or before this date along with the submission of the monthly breakdown slip. We’ve been receiving a number of payments between the 8th and 10th of each month. To ensure your payment reaches us on or before the due date we’d recommend that you check your payment type and understand the transfer time of the payment.
