Changes to My Pension Online

Later this spring we’ll be starting to make changes to My Pension Online. The new design has been guided by our retired and contributing members in workshops and User Experience sessions

Key changes will include:

  • Active and deferred members will have an easier to use task list and a dedicated module for service history
  • Pensioner members will have one click access to print their P60, a revised task list and a dedicated dashboard space for Payslips
  • All members will notice a cleaner, less cluttered look with easier access to the things they need
  • Improved personalisation that will give all members easy access to their Teachers’ Pensions reference number, their current scheme status and an at a glance view of their nominations.

This is only a start of the changes with further improvements planned throughout 2018-19.
