End of Year Certificate 2016/17

If you’ve recently received a letter regarding an outstanding audited EOYC for FY16/17 you should arrange to submit an audited version as soon as possible (even if you think you have submitted one as our records indicate it has not been received).

A number of you have contacted us to say that you’ve submitted the form via the Employer Portal.  Please be aware that only the unaudited version of the EOYC can be submitted this way.

End of Year Certificate 2017/18

Starting week commencing 23 April we’ll be issuing the standard email for EOYC 2017/18, which will include the contributions cash received. The auditor guidance should be available on the website by early May. We’re pleased to advise that there are no significant changes to the previous year’s process.

Declaration and Contact Form

It’s been evident when issuing the final EOYC reminder that emails have not been directed to the appropriate people. It’s therefore important you provide up to date details in advance of the next exercise to avoid a repetition of this issue. If you haven’t already done so, please complete the Declaration and Contact form through the Employer Portal.
