The GMP reconciliation project continues to make good progress with 700k members records now investigated to date.  HMRC consultations, which are expediting responses to queries, continue with the deadline for raising queries being the end of October 2018.

Work has also started on looking at member records for which we appear to hold incorrect National Insurance numbers (NINO).  Please ensure that the correct NINO is used on all submissions.  If you identify an incorrect NINO please follow existing processes to update it.  Using the correct update process will reduce the need to get in touch with you to clarify incorrect data / data changes you have made and will mean you don’t have to do answer queries on changes you have already made.
