Member portal changes going live

Last month we advised about forthcoming changes to My Pension Online. We can confirm these changes will be going live on later in the month.

Key changes include:

  • Active and deferred members have an easier to use task list and a dedicated module for service history
  • Pensioner members have one click access to print their P60, a revised task list and a dedicated dashboard space for Payslips
  • All members will notice a cleaner, less cluttered look with easier access to the things they need
  • Improved personalisation gives all members easy access to their Teachers’ Pensions reference number, their current scheme status and an at a glance view of their nominations.

The new design has been guided by our retired and contributing members in workshops and User Experience sessions.
