A number of employers have been in touch about uploading the audited return via the Employer Portal. Employers are reminded that audited EOYC returns cannot be uploaded via the Employer Portal as they require signatures and, in many cases, an accompanying audit report. In respect of signatures, Section 4 of the EOYC should only be signed by the person who has financial responsibility within the employer and not by a third party agent/payroll provider.
