Increasing volumes of corrections

We’ve recently seen an increase in the volume of corrections being made to previously submitted service.

It’s critical when reviewing historic data to ensure members’ records are correct. However, in some cases, the amendments made to the service results in revisions being made to pension awards.

We’ve been advised that a number of payroll providers are performing data cleanse activities for their customers and therefore providing corrections.
