New and updated email templates for the My Pension Online report

You’ll have received an email from us recently reminding you about our My Pension Online (MPO) report, available on the Employer Portal each month.

The report has been created to keep you up to date with which of your employees don’t have MPO accounts. With over 800,000 members now registered, MPO offers the best way for members to take control of their pension, while taking some of the burden off you.

To help you encourage your employees to register, we’ve created a series of emails, along with reminders, to send to staff outlining the benefits of MPO. These can be found in a variety of formats on our website. We’ll also signpost you to them in the monthly reminder email we send letting you know the report is ready to use.
