Teachers’ Pensions Action Forum

On 15 May we held our first bi-annual Teachers’ Pensions Action Forum (TPAF) of event in York. We had around 30 employers from Academies, Local Authorities, Independent Schools & Higher Education/Further Education Establishments join us.

We had an opening presentation from our Head of Engagement who gave an overview of the work we’ve achieved in the last 12 months. This was followed by a presentation on Valuation and an update on the McCloud & Sergeant case by John Brown from the Department for Education. We also held two workshops which covered the updates to My Pension Online & Monthly Contributions Reconciliation.

We’d like to thank everyone who attended. Your feedback was greatly appreciated and is used directly to ensure our service is the best it can be for you and your staff.

Our next TPAF event will be in London in November, so if you would like to attend, have your say, network and learn more about the Scheme you’ll have a chance to attend later in the year.
