Employer Portal security question & answer

As you can appreciate we need to ensure the safety of member’s data is as secure as possible, which is why all levels of security are important.

It’s recently been highlighted that a lot of you don’t have a valid security question and answer set for your Employer Portal accounts. Due to this you’re not referred to the self-serve functionality for resetting password and PINs.

For security reasons, going forward you’ll need to select a security question and set an answer for this which will be specific to you. If your security question is blank then you’ll be required to select a question. Additionally, if no answer is set you’ll also have to update this.

If you’ve already got a security question and answer set you won’t need to reset these.
