Guidance for reporting incidents (cyber attacks)

We'd like to remind you of the actions you need to take if you're made aware of a cyber attack that's happened to you.

In the first instance, you need to contact our Employer Support team on 0345 300 3756, in order to inform us of the attack so that we can raise an incident report as soon as possible.

We’ll then be able to escalate the incident immediately and take the necessary actions to minimise risk to our systems and data in order protect member information.

Please do not contact us via email as these may not be picked up immediately and could cause further issues.
