Without doing this regularly we won’t receive the application forms in a timely manner and we’re currently seeing an increase for opting in and out processes and anticipate that we’ll shortly be seeing an increase for flexibility elections. In order for us to process these cases quickly we require the elections to be confirmed by you as soon as possible.
