Focus groups

We always like to get feedback from employers and members and to maximise this we’ve held focus groups in three locations this year. We’ve held focus groups in Bristol, Manchester and Birmingham for both members and employers.

We covered topics such as Monthly Contributions Reconciliation, McCloud, Branding, and the HR & Payroll Guide.

We also asked for feedback on the new designs for the Employer Portal and for ideas on our employer resources.

We received some very positive feedback about the Scheme as a whole with some employers saying that since the introduction of Monthly Data Collection, they’re finding administering the Scheme a lot easier than some other public sector pension schemes, but we also received some informative views on how we can improve the resources we provide to you on our website.

We’re currently looking at feedback reports which includes all recommendations based on employer and member views to see how we can improve your experience of the Scheme, but if you have any further ideas please let us know (This link opens in a new window).
