Payment of monthly contributions

It’s important to make sure the monthly contributions for each employer record are allocated correctly to assist with the End of Year Certificate process. We’ve identified that several employers continue to make multiple payments each month, which include separate payments for each tier and the respective employer and/or employee contributions. Therefore, please be reminded that we should receive one payment each month for each employer for monthly contributions, alongside one breakdown form. This ensures that contributions are easily identified and allocated to the correct employer record in a timely manner.
