2019 successes and what's coming up in 2020

We’ve had another busy year at Teachers’ Pensions, where we’ve:

Introduced the overview for the Monthly Contributions Reconciliation (MCR) project
Reached out to over two million members and over 11,000 employers
Launched web chat for member queries
Seen over two million individual users to the website, and over 52 million page-views

There’s even more to look forward to next year: the introduction of a refreshed Employer Portal in early 2020; achieving one million members signed up to My Pension Online; a new MCR webinar that explains more detail around submissions; the start of on-boarding for MCR; and continued improvements to our website and resources.
