Contributions monthly breakdown forms

We’ve previously advised of the importance that monthly breakdown forms are provided each month for all payments made in respect of contributions. If you haven’t provided a breakdown form for all your contribution payments it prevents us from allocating funds correctly, and therefore could affect the year end processing such as the End of Year Certificate. The submission of MDC files is not a substitute for the contributions breakdown form. During the next month we’ll be starting to contact employers with outstanding monthly breakdown forms.
