If you’re a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) we’d like to remind you that when you submit your Monthly Data Collection (MDC) files for your MAT, the file should contain the LA/establishment number of the schools within that MAT, and not the MAT number.

We’ve recently received a file with over two months of service for approximately 500 members, which means we’re having to amend the LA/establishment numbers. Because of this delay, the reminder process for missing submissions will be triggered. Our systems will also think the member has moved as we have updated the LA/establishment, which will mean they may receive a mover pack.
