Many of the improvements we make to systems and processes start with feedback from stakeholders (employers, members, etc). Your feedback could directly influence future changes within the Scheme, for the better.

The next event is on Thursday 14 May 2020 (1pm-3pm) and we’ve made it easy for you to take part. You can join us face to face in Darlington and London or dial in remotely using Microsoft Teams - the choice is yours.
