We understand it’s a busy time when maintained schools transfer to academy status and the administration changes you need to make.

With that in mind, we’ve started working more closely with the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) to look at ways of improving the information we provide to help this transition more smoothly. This is including looking at the current resources we both produce for you to make sure we’re providing a more joined up approach.

We’re also looking at social media, data and stakeholder meetings as part of the work we’re doing. Our joint working can only improve the transition for you when you take responsibility for administering the Scheme.
