Direct Debit survey

We’ve previously explained that we’re currently looking into introducing a Direct Debit solution for employers as an alternative to current payment methods, with existing methods of payment still available.

The Direct Debit solution will be available for employers who’ve on-boarded to Monthly Contributions Reconciliation (MCR).

There are two potential options for the date that the payment will be taken: either we will set a single payment date that all employers use; or individual employers can provide the payment date they want to use when they sign up for the Direct Debit solution.

In order to ensure that we’re creating the best solution possible, we’d like you to take part in a survey on the proposals for how this process will work, to see if you’d be interested in taking up this service.
