Employer Contact form

We’ve recently updated the Employer Portal Dashboard to allow you to update any contact details for your establishment online. We did this to save you time and give you more control over the process, as previously you’d have to contact our Employer Support helpline to complete these updates.

We’ve had an influx of emails from EOYC contacts explaining that they haven’t received any emails from us regarding the contributions cash figure for their establishment, which has resulted in us having to resend these.

As you can imagine, this causes delays for you which could have a negative impact on the completion of your administrative tasks.

It’s therefore vital that you ensure the contact details for your establishment have been updated since the implementation of the Employer Contact Details form and that you keep it up to date.

We’ll be reminding the establishments yet to update their contact details in the coming weeks to complete the form.
