We’ve recently received several large file updates that span back several years, causing high volumes of errors requiring manual intervention. Some of the problems have been due to providing previous years’ service in a monthly format, covering service prior to the date the employer on-boarded onto MDC.

Please ensure when updating previous years’ service, you do so in the correct format based on when you on-boarded onto MDC, as this will prevent errors from occurring.
