We’ve previously reminded you of the processes we have in place for checking possible missing service for members that are approaching retirement.

We’re approaching the time of year where a lot of member choose to retire and, as such, we need to ensure that their service and salary information has been checked for accuracy.

Therefore, if you’ve received an email recently with the title ‘POSSIBLE MISSING SERVICE – Member NI Number – AB123456’ (example) these need to be dealt with as soon as possible to prevent delay.

You can use a TR28 form to provide us with additional service or a withdrawal marker to confirm any leaving dates.
