Changes to member print

We’ve made some changes to the member print functionality on the Employer Portal. These are:

  • When a print is requested using the "Member Search" function, the member’s Teachers’ Pensions Reference number will be shown in the header of each page
  • Reckonable service calculations will no longer be displayed on each service line, this has been replaced with reckonable service totals per scheme arrangement. (The "RECK YEARS" and "RECK DAYS" columns have been removed)
  • The "Role Identifier" has been added to the service tables and relevant elections including enrolments, opting outs and faster accruals. This is to allow for service information to be recorded at a contractual level
  • "Additional Pensionable Payments" has been added to the service tables to record contractual bonus and out of school learning activity payments separately to the members full-time salary
  • A new section titled "Additional Contracts" has been added to the elections page to display any scheme elections the member has mainly for Past Added (PAY) and Current Added Years (CAY) contracts
  • Repaid and Transferred Out service is going to be reintroduced to the member print.

These changes have been made again in preparation for MCR, but also following feedback from employers requesting to make the member print more comprehensive.
