As we’re changing the way you’ll be submitting your monthly data, we’ve created a data centre mailbox which can be found on the Employer Portal dashboard. You’ll only need to use this this mailbox once you’ve on-boarded to MCR.

The ‘MCR Data Centre Mailbox’ will provide all notifications from automated MCR routines relating to your submissions.

This includes notification of a successful submission and any issues with a file including warning or stop files.

The new mailbox will have individual read receipts, so if the user reads the notification it will become marked as read, however the same notification for another user will remain unread.

The MCR Data Centre Mailbox is only for receiving notifications from our routines and doesn’t allow you to reply to any notifications.

You’ll be able to print PDF’s of the notifications if needed.
