Valid submission method

We’ve recently had several questions from employers asking what options are available to provide service and salary information for an individual member.

 

There are currently two acceptable methods;

  • Monthly Data Collection (MDC) template, which can be downloaded from the Employer Portal or via your software solution if the feature is available
  • TR28 form

Please note that if you use a TR28 to update service for a member who has retired then gone back to work, this is likely to generate a Certificate of Re-Employment for the member which you’ll both need to complete.
